BREXIT UPDATE

Following the exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union on the 1st January 2021, our shipping has changed.

All EU orders are now subject to local Duties and Taxes.  

Please bear in mind, that the cost of delivery does not include prepaid customs, duties and local taxation and is sent Delivery Duties Unpaid, and we, as the seller, are not responsible for any additional taxes or duties.

EUROPEAN SHIPPING

European Union – Royal Mail (5–10 Business days) *DUP Delivery Duties Unpaid - £14.99

DHL Express – (1-2 Business Days) *DUP Delivery Duties Unpaid  - £24.99

EU ORDERS: If you are to reject the parcel in your recipient country due to custom fees, you will only be refunded for your item costs upon return, and not your shipping costs.

United States and Canada – Royal Mail (5-14 Business Days) - £14.99

DHL Express – (1-2 Business Days) - £19.99

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

Rest of World – Royal Mail (5-14 Business Days) - £19.99

All orders are despatched within 1-2 working days after payment confirmation.

Please note orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.

Customs, Duties and Local Taxation

Please note that if you live outside the European Union, you could also be subject to customs clearing/duties, local taxation and additional processing charges which vary from country to country. Therefore, we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information. Please also not that customs clearance procedures can sometimes cause delays to your delivery.

PLEASE NOTE: During the COVID-19 crisis we are currently shipping as normal and we will endeavour to update all customers if there are any changes to this. However, some parts of the world are experiencing delays in courier times. Please refer back to your tracking number for further info.
